Includes practical food guidance and everyday strategies, along with simple recipe ideas to support gut health.
March 28th: Children's Hands-on Workshop - Age:08 to 18 yrs
Timings : 10:30am to 12:30pm
A fully hands-on cooking experience where children actively cook, learn age-appropriate recipes, eat what they make, and go home confident and inspired.
