 A Hands-On cooking workshop for men who want to prepare simple, balanced meals at home with confidence.
 Participants will cook along and learn recipes that can easily recreated at home.
 No cooking experience needed.


March 21st: Gut & Hormonal Workshop - Nurturing Your Second Brain
Timings: 10:30 am to 12:30 pm | Online: 05:00 pm to 07:00 pm

 A lifestyle-focused workshop exploring the connection between gut health, hormones, energy, and mood.
 Includes practical food guidance and everyday strategies, along with simple recipe ideas to support gut health.


March 28th: Children's Hands-on Workshop - Age:08 to 18 yrs
Timings : 10:30am to 12:30pm

 A fully hands-on cooking experience where children actively cook, learn age-appropriate recipes, eat what they make, and go home confident and inspired.
